Job Brief:

You will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization.

You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.



  • Coordinate and facilitate the reception and logistical arrangements for visitors and dignitaries, ensuring, observance of protocol and secretarial duties of the company.
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Receive and sort daily mail/ deliveries / couriers.
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings / appointments.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as Organizing and maintaining all project related files for daily administration, scanning documents, processing mail, sending faxes, typing letters and purchase orders.
  • Receive, register, distribute all files (correspondence, drawings, project documents etc.)
  • Ensuring all documents are current and up to date.
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory control purchasing and monitoring material for office equipments. Respond to in-person and telephone inquiries.


  • Proven working experience in similar roles
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Qatar QID with NOC or family sponsorship
  • Available in Qatar
